Tony DeCicco graduated with a BS in finance, Magna Cum Laude from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Tony also received his MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

From 1982 - 1988 Graduate of Commercial Bank S.A.  The first foreign International Commercial Bank Incorporated on the NYSE.  Then worked for Banco Central S.A., in Madrid Spain and NYC.  At Banco Central SA he accelerated to Chief Loan Officer for the Eastern United States Loan Demographics.  He Graduated from Shearson Lehman's Management training program.

In 1984 Tony Incorporated TFD Training Corporation Worldwide.  As the Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Tony oversees the training of  22 Broker dealers covering 18 different licenses.  Tony has implemented and built a reputation for delivering a level of training second to no other available in the Industry!
